A phone number eligible for the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Access to verify the number by SMS or voice call.
Approval of your business display name by Meta.
Approved message templates for messages sent outside the 24-hour customer-service window.
Consent from recipients before sending promotional messages.

NOVA uses only Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. We never ask for your Facebook password and never use unofficial WhatsApp Web automation.

Meta may charge for some conversations, such as marketing or business-initiated messages. These charges are separate from NOVA plans.
